These tools operate under human oversight and do not replace human decision-making. Kin does not make recruitment decisions solely by automated means without meaningful human involvement.

Your personal information is stored in our third-party secure database JobAdder and this is managed by Kin. You can read JobAdder's privacy statement here.
From time to time, we may use JobAdder’s integration with LinkedIn Recruiter to cross-reference your experience and information. You can read LinkedIn’s privacy statement here.
We may also use other secure third-party service providers (including technology and AI-assisted service providers) to support our recruitment processes. We take reasonable steps to ensure that such providers are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations and use appropriate security safeguards.
Some of our service providers may be located outside New Zealand. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take steps to ensure it is protected by comparable safeguards in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
