1. Ad Copy

Advertising is key when it comes to showcasing your organisation and attracting great candidates to your role. Our team are experienced in crafting beautiful, compelling advertising copy that will do just that. We also know the best ways to amplify your ad reach through a variety of digital channels, using images that best reflect your business and culture.

2. Search

Depending on market conditions, proactive search can be vital in finding and attracting the right candidate for your role. As most search candidates aren’t active job seekers, our team know how to approach them with care, and how to introduce them to your opportunity and business in a compelling way. We use a variety of search tools that provide useful insights into where great candidates are currently employed, when they are likely to move, and the key emerging talent trends in your industry.

3. Screening

Once applications start arriving, let us help you review these and make recommendations on which candidates are most suitable for your role, creating a longlist. The best way to take your applications from longlist to shortlist is for one of our team to spend time telephone screening these candidates, asking specific questions, gathering information, and letting the candidate know more about your organisation and the role. Once done, we’ll make well qualified recommendations to you on which candidates should progress to interview stage.

4. Interviewing

The Kin team are highly experienced in interviewing candidates face to face, either in person or using digital platforms. Our interviews are in depth and allow our team to gain insights into a candidate’s strengths, fit for the role, and to uncover any potential areas for development. Once completed, our team will recommend which candidates are strong contenders to progress to interview with you.

5. Interview Questions

If you’re unsure where to start with your own interview questions, ask for our help! Combining our years of experience, along with solid knowledge of modern best practice, we can equip you with comprehensive interview questions and guidelines. If you already have the basics, we can support you with individual interview questions designed to uncover what you’re looking for from candidates going through your interview process.

6. Panel Support

Our highly experienced team can jump in and support you on your interview panel, providing unbiased advice, and recommendations along the way. Having an interview panel member who is external to your business can give you insights and a different perspective on those candidates you are interviewing. As our model isn’t commission based, your best interests are at the centre of every recommendation.

7. Reference Checks

So, you’ve identified your preferred candidate/s but don’t have time to complete the vital reference checks. Or perhaps you’d just like an external expert to carry these out for you. We can help with that! Our experienced team can complete references on your behalf, documenting what is being said, as well as listening for what isn’t being said! We return the reference document to you, verbatim, with the referees’ responses to our in-depth questions.

8. Background Checks

Let us take the hassle out of arranging any additional testing or background checks that you’d like done. Our team can support you to make decisions on the best testing for your needs and will happily take care of all the details, so you don’t need to. We can also facilitate background checks including criminal record and credit checks.

9. Offer Negotiation

Whether you’re not sure how to make an employment offer, or if you’d just like us to take care of this for you, we can support you to navigate this vital step. Our experienced team have made hundreds of offers and understand the best way to negotiate, as well as what to look out for along the way.
