About Image Analyzer Image Analyzer works to create a safer digital world through advanced AI-based visual threat intelligence. Our technology detects and prevents the spread of harmful visual material, protecting individuals, organisations, and society. We supply our technology to OEM software partners, who embed it inside the products they sell to their own customers across cybersecurity, digital forensics, web and email safety, and academic safeguarding.
About the role This is our first dedicated marketing hire. It’s a rare chance to build something from the ground up, working closely with our Director of Alliances and Business Development, and our CEO. You’ll have a broad scope across partner enablement, content, web, nurture, webinars, SEO and AEO/GEO. You'll be hands-on across all of it, supported by a team that's genuinely invested in helping you succeed.
There's no set playbook here. You'll bring ideas, test them, learn from what the data tells you, and keep improving. You'll join a small, collaborative team where your contribution is visible, your ideas are taken seriously, and who are all passionate about our mission and technology.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) permanent role. You’ll mostly be based in our bright, modern, open plan office in Haining Street, Wellington, with some flexibility to work from home.
The salary band for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
Day to day you'll: - Refresh and improve our website including copy, structure, conversion, and SEO/AEO
- Clarify our OEM partner value proposition and messaging architecture across our priority segments
- Build an always-on content engine that enables our OEM partners across the funnel, including pitch decks, use-case pages, and case studies
- Create partner launch kits (creative, copy, templates and social assets) to increase adoption
- Build and run segmented nurture journeys in HubSpot to move contacts from awareness to meeting booked
- Plan and deliver a quarterly webinar programme with measurable follow-up conversion
- Write short and long-form content that explains technical, risk-sensitive topics clearly and credibly
- Track and report on performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Semrush, and turn data into prioritised improvements
- Research competitor positioning, market trends, and buyer behaviour to sharpen our messaging and spot new content or partner opportunities
- Use AI and automation tools daily to boost your productivity and quality output
In time you will:
- Own a content engine producing vertical-specific assets across digital forensics, academic safeguarding, email and web security
- Design and run co-marketing programmes with OEM partners that generate attributed pipeline
- Build the measurement framework that connects marketing activity to partner revenue outcomes
- Shape how we show up in market with messaging architecture, positioning, and the stories that make partners want to sell us
- Commission or run market research to identify new verticals, partner segments, and product positioning opportunities
- Contribute market and competitor insight into pricing and packaging discussions for partner programmes
About You You're curious by nature, the kind of person who digs into a problem, picks up new tools quickly, and enjoys figuring things out. You build by experimenting, measuring, and iterating to improve. You write clearly and carefully, especially with subject matter that is technical or sensitive. You’re also personable and adaptable; you’ll be equally comfortable taking a brief from a partner and presenting metrics to a CEO, with the interpersonal skills to build trust quickly. As part of a small team, you'll need to be a self-starter who can work at pace in a solo marketing role, with the flexibility to pitch in wherever your skills are needed.
You’ll also bring:
- At least 5 years’ marketing experience, including experience in a SaaS or software B2B environment with global customers
- Experience building and executing partner marketing programmes, including sales enablement assets and co-marketing initiatives for partners
- Real examples of content or campaigns you’ve worked on that had measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes
- Proven experience using HubSpot for lead nurture, lifecycle stages, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Semrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Sound knowledge of SEO, AEO/GEO, GA4, and why they matter
- Genuine comfort with generative AI as a daily work tool
- Interest in cyber security, forensic software, or trust and safety
What We Offer - A high-ownership role, where your ideas are valued and your work is tied directly to company growth
- Direct access to senior leadership and proximity to real commercial decisions
- A mission you can get behind - content safety and digital protection that helps real people across the globe
- A small, social team who’ll support and encourage you to grow
- A modern tech stack with AI subscriptions, choice of Mac or PC and your preference of screen configuration
- Weekly team lunches
- A car park will be made available if required
