What you’ll be doing This is an exciting moment to join the Storypark marketing team, and a great opportunity to hone your growth marketing and GTM engineering expertise working across multiple markets and motions. You’ll work across three distinct GTM motions concurrently that will drive cross-sell opportunities and win competitive displacement opportunities in Australia and build the foundations to support scaling our GTM motion in Canada.
You'll own demand generation through paid acquisition, ABM, signal-led campaigns, inbound lead management, SEO and AEO, and the tech stack that ties it all together. Partnering closely with sales, our digital agency, and the wider marketing team, you’ll identify growth opportunities, build the systems, automation and campaigns that unlock it, and continuously iterate to improve performance.

We’re open to candidates based in Wellington, Sydney or Brisbane. We’d consider fully remote arrangements for the right candidate.
Day to day you'll: - Own marketing pipeline generation and conversion from MQL through to sales opportunity across Australia and Canada, including ABM programmes aligned to priority accounts and sales pipeline
- Partner with our digital agency to design and run organic acquisition (SEO/AEO) and paid acquisition campaigns
- Partner closely with sales, providing targeted copy, sharing insights, learning from deals feedback, and iterating plays based on what did and didn’t close
- Build and run signal-based campaigns that use intent and engagement data to trigger timely, targeted outreach
- Own inbound lead management end-to-end in HubSpot (including routing, qualification, scoring and hand-off to sales) and the underlying marketing automation and data quality
- Optimise funnel performance by identifying drop-off points, testing interventions, and improving pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Run campaigns as marketing loops, connecting audience, messaging, channel and call to action. And then measure and iterate to compound performance over time
- Build AI-assisted workflows and automation to increase speed and scale, including lead enrichment, account research and campaign activation
- Own pipeline attribution reporting and performance dashboards, providing clear visibility into ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and growth drivers

You don’t need to have done this exact role before, but you’ll bring the experience and mindset to succeed, including:
- Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing or a GTM-focused role, with curiosity for modern GTM tools and approaches
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, and ideally familiarity with tools like Clay, Claude, Gong, and Webflow
- AI fluency. You’re actively using AI for research, analysis, content and workflow design, and able to extend our team’s output through smarter systems
- Clear communication and copywriting skills for campaigns, messaging and sales enablement
- The ability to running multiple GTM motions at once, with good judgement on where to focus and how to adapt plays across segments
- Ability to build workflows, automation and signal-led campaigns using intent, engagement and account data to drive timely action
- Strong commercial bias - you think in pipeline and systems and work backwards from revenue outcomes to shape what marketing should do next
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the early childhood education sector and understand ECE leaders’ challenges and opportunities.
