About the role We are looking for a talented administrator to support our clients with all things procurement. As a team we strive to make every client interaction simple, friendly, and efficient; and our Procurement Administrator is the person who ensures seamless delivery behind the scenes. A typical day would see you:
- Managing our end to end procurement process for client IT equipment and licencing
- Providing regular, clear communication updates to all parties to ensure timely delivery
- Co-ordination of client moves, adds and changes for new users and user removals
- Provisioning and coordination of client phone systems, and helping with new user setups, changes and removals
- Raising purchase orders and preparing quotes for hardware and software
- Processing and tracking of inwards and outwards goods
- Booking and managing sub-contractors
- Contributing to the development and improvement of our systems and processes
About you We’re looking for someone who is driven to learn and wants to grow with our business. You'll have at least one year's experience in a procurement, administration or customer service role. You’ll also have a strong service ethic, great attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Prior IT experience isn’t needed; we’ll support you to learn our business and lingo. Our ideal candidate will be someone who is:

- Detail orientated and prides themselves on their accuracy
- Deeply committed to customer service
- Exceptional at building relationships with clients, contractors, and our team
- A strong communicator on all fronts
- A team player in all that you do
- Current full New Zealand driver’s licence preferred
