About us The Pharmacy Guild (the Guild) is a membership organisation that provides support and services to community pharmacies. Pharmaceutical Services Limited (PSL) is a fully owned trading subsidiary of the Guild. PSL’s key focus is to provide community pharmacies with a comprehensive range of products and services that will allow pharmacy owners to run productive and efficient businesses.    
About the role We are looking for a PSL Administrator to join the Guild on a part time basis at our offices in central Wellington.  This role is a vital part of the team and is the first point of contact for orders and queries from our customers. Day to day, this role will:   
 - Provide professional and efficient customer service
  - Receive and process orders from pharmacies via phone, email, and the website
  - Manage stock including ordering products and stocktakes
  - Answer customer queries on products and invoices
  - Engage with suppliers on products and orders
  - Manage the Pharmacode process including filling orders, answering queries, and producing reports
  - Support the wider functions of the Guild and PSL with other administrative tasks
  
 This role is part time (25-30 hours) to be worked across Monday to Friday each week.  Some flexibility to work from home is available for up to two days a week.    
About you You’ll be an organised and process driven administrator with strong customer service skills. You’re someone who loves working with people and providing a customer experience that is second to none. You thrive in a small team environment and are happy to roll up your sleeves to help out and contribute.  You will also bring: 
 - Previous experience in an administration or customer service position
  - A customer-centric approach and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people
  - An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy with a methodical approach to your work
  - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and suppliers over the phone and by email
  - A self-managing and proactive approach to your work, with the ability to follow set processes.
  - A natural ability when it comes to technology, as well as the ability to pick up new systems and complex processes quickly
