About the Role
As an Implementation Lead, you’ll guide early learning services through a smooth, confident start with our platforms.
You’ll own the onboarding and implementation journey from sign-up to success, ensuring each customer is set up effectively, achieves early wins, and feels fully supported along the way.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage timelines, deliver onboarding sessions, solve problems, and build trusted relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Experience, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience for customers across Australia, and New Zealand.
What you’ll be doing: - Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers ensuring they feel comfortable and confident .
- Manage multiple implementations at once, keeping projects on track.
- Create and deliver detailed onboarding plans with clear goals and milestones.
- Complete and coordinate key setup tasks and collaborate with internal specialists
- Work with third-party providers or integration partners to ensure smooth setup and data flow.
- Build trusted relationships, providing proactive support and anticipating challenges early.
- Communicate clearly across teams, sharing progress, risks, and next steps.
- Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and playbooks to strengthen our onboarding practice.
What you’ll bring: - 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing or implementation role
- Proven ability to lead onboarding or change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and empathy for customer challenges.
- A passion for helping others learn grow and succeed
- A methodical and organised approach
- Flexibility to work across time zones and remote teams.
