At Terrace Villas, we provide high-quality serviced accommodation, and we’re on the lookout for an organised, personable, and proactive Sales Executive to help elevate our visibility, build valuable connections, and grow occupancy.

What We’re Looking For
Are you a natural relationship-builder with a flair for connecting people and creating opportunities? We are looking for someone with
  • Experience in accommodation, tourism, or hospitality sales preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident presenting to stakeholders across diverse sectors.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., CRMs, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
About You 
You’ll be the face of Terrace Villas, driving outreach and forging partnerships with a range of sectors. You’ll
  • Be approachable, personable, and authentic.
  • Be naturally curious, someone who enjoys reaching out, asking questions, and creating opportunities.
  • Have client-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value.
  • Come with a great sense of humour – non-negotiable!
What You’ll be Doing
You’ll be introducing and growing new business accounts that contribute directly to occupancy and revenue targets. In this role, you’ll
  • Identify key decision-makers and opportunities across target sectors.
  • Reach out via phone and email, send tailored brochures, and have warm, engaging conversations.
  • Share our accommodation offerings through compelling sales collateral and tailored pitches.
  • Organise and conduct property tours and familiarity visits.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track progress, and provide weekly updates.
  • Work closely with our photography and design teams to enhance our marketing impact.
