DataTorque is seeking a Technical Lead to guide delivery, help define, build, and scale the core technologies powering revenue systems globally. You’ll work closely with clients across the Americas, travelling frequently to provide technical leadership and strengthen relationships.
Our team creates robust, high-quality software and best practices that underpin solutions for tax agencies across diverse regions. As Technical Lead, you’ll coach and mentor a talented team of developers and play a pivotal role in driving our projects’ global impact and success.
Your Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-quality software for our core platform and product suite
- Review code, enforce standards, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
- Develop, test, and document solutions using .NET, C#, and SQL Server
- Guide technical decisions, lead and mentor developers within a dedicated delivery team
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders across regions and time zones
- Act as the technical representative for clients in the Americas, including regular travel for meetings and solution workshops.
What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer
- Skilled full stack developer
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about knowledge-sharing
- Track record designing and delivering software solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Agile development experience is a bonus
- Spanish language skills are an advantage
