Your Key Responsibilities: You’ll be the go-to person for clients across the Americas, someone they trust to get things done:
- Build strong, enduring relationships and become a trusted partner
- Understand client challenges and ask the right questions to uncover solutions
- Drive continual service improvement and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage contracts, renewals, and subcontractor relationships to meet agreed service levels
- Rally the right internal teams to deliver on client needs
- Stay on top of tickets, priorities, and progress while keeping clients updated every step of the way
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to share insights and drive improvements
- Occasionally travel to Central America to strengthen relationships and solve challenges on the ground

- Have experience in client success, client relationship management, service delivery, account management, or client engagement
- Have strong commercial awareness with a focus on delivering value and building trust
- Be a natural relationship builder with excellent listening and communication skills
- Be a problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions and making things happen
- Be comfortable working across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours
- Be proactive, curious, and willing to step up and take ownership
