The Role
As our new Property Manager, you'll be the vital link between property owners and tenants. Our team is enabled by both great technology and team support to do what Property Managers do best – build strong and enduring relationships. 
Working closely with our team of field specialists, you’ll
  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Build strong relationships with owners and tenants
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant
  • Drive successful outcomes for your clients and tenants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
What You'll Bring
Being an experienced Property Manager, you’ll have an understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and health and safety requirements, as well as property management software experience. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with relevant qualifications and transferable experience outside of property management..

You’ll also have:
  • A genuine interest in property and people
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and practical solutions
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, and great energy.
  • Good financial literacy. You understand financial statements and are able to communicate transaction history and property budgeting well.
