Our client is looking for a confident and organised People & Culture Advisor with a passion for recruitment and building great candidate experiences. Based in Central Wellington, this role offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes while also coordinating a dynamic internship programme that helps develop the next generation of talent.
  
About the role:
In this role, you’ll:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job ads to reference checks
  • Screen candidates, shortlist, schedule interviews, and liaise with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update our client’s careers site and job listings
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Partner with senior leaders, providing advice when required
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of our client’s intern programme, including onboarding and supporting interns throughout their placement
About you:
You’ll bring:
  • Strong business experience
  • Experience in recruitment or a talent acquisition role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
