We’re looking for a talented Service Desk Analyst to join our small, close-knit team based in Wellington.
About the role Our Service Desk team are the life-blood of our business. We value them for their technical expertise and their ability to build enduring relationships with our clients (and some of them are mean foosball players too!). As our newest team member, a typical day for you will include:
- Providing first level remote, phone and on-site IT support to clients
- Plenty of opportunity to assist with level two and three support
- Assigning support tickets to team members to ensure workload balance
- Identifying and implementing software and hardware solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients
- Provisioning new computers including OS and user profile configuration and software installation
- Maintaining and developing trusted customer relationships
- Assisting with a range of major client projects
- Accurately maintaining records within our system
- Contributing to the growth of our offering and overall business
About you We’re looking for someone special for this role. As a small, nimble business we pride ourselves on the exceptional, high touch experience we offer our clients. To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A qualification in IT or 1-2 years’ experience, ideally supporting Microsoft environments
- A genuine passion for customer service and finding solutions
- A natural talent for problem solving
- A great work ethic and drive for continuous learning
- Exceptional communication skills on all fronts
- A full New Zealand driver’s licence
- A great sense of humour!
