About the opportunity
We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our People Experience Team – Team Assistant.  In this newly created position, you’ll enjoy a varied role, being responsible for making the magic happen behind the scenes, supporting the wider organisation, taking care of the little (and big!) things that keep our business humming, and helping to create an environment where people feel supported, celebrated and ready to do their best work.

You’ll be the go-to person for admin, coordination and good vibes across the business. 

Your day may look a bit like this:
  • Supporting our Senior EA and 3EOs calendar management, inbox wrangling, and ensuring our leaders are always prepped and supported.
  • Helping run weekly leadership team meetings and strategic offsite sessions with scheduling, prepping, organising.
  • Managing travel bookings getting our people where they need to go, stress-free.
  • Leading our monthly Celebrations Club.
  • Coordinating our branded merch with Marketing, and organising thoughtful gifts for all occasions.
  • Organising our internal and external events.
  • Partnering with our Office Experience Manager to create an awesome atmosphere in Wellington, Auckland and Sydney.
  • Pitching in wherever needed, from helping with office moves to fridge restocks to spontaneous acts of workplace joy.
About you

Ideally we’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in an admin, office support, or coordination role.
  • Is friendly, and has a clear and kind communication style.
  • Is a natural helper and proactive problem-solver.
  • Can be calm under pressure and can pivot quickly.
  • Always have an eye on what’s coming next.
  • Brings energy, care and a “how can I help?” attitude to every interaction.
  • Is motivated by our vision and purpose and can help bring it to life every day.
