Listed 13 days ago

Who are we?
We're Comprendé, award-winning residential property managers in Wellington. We're all about delivering exceptional experiences for property owners and tenants alike. And guess what? We're looking for a new team member to join our fun crew!

About the role
Comprendé is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Operations Specialist to support our property management operations across the Wellington region. If you enjoy being out on the road, take pride in your work, and love building relationships, this role could be a perfect fit.

As a Field Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of service that Comprendé is known for. You’ll be responsible for conducting routine property inspections and facilitating viewings, while making sure tenants, owners, and prospective clients receive exceptional service at every interaction.

You’ll spend approximately 85% of your time out in the field and the remainder in our central Wellington office, managing preparation and administration tasks.

As a lot of our viewings happen on the weekend, ideally this role would operate Tuesday to Saturday.

Your day may look a little like this:
  • Conducting property viewings and providing informed, professional guidance to prospective tenants
  • Performing routine property inspections, capturing detailed notes and great photos
  • Managing communication with tenants and coordinating access in line with the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Creating detailed and accurate inspection reports for our property management team
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation with keys, schedules, and documentation
  • Providing verbal feedback and insights to Property Managers to support leasing and client decision-making
  • Representing Comprendé in a professional, respectful manner at all times
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
  • Ability to manage your own time and work both independently and collaboratively
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
  • Commitment to delivering great service to clients and tenants
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Solid computer skills, (we have numerous different cloud software to support your work)
  • Has a current and clean NZ Drivers licence
  • Previous experience in property, real estate, or customer-focused roles is advantageous
We’ve partnered with Kin for this exciting opportunity.  If you're nodding along and thinking, "This sounds like me!", then what are you waiting for? Hit that apply button!
