We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work side by side to our Chief Executive (CE), helping her be effective and supporting our mission-driven work. What You’ll Be Doing As EA, you’ll be at the heart of our organisation, supporting the CE by:
- Managing emails, meetings, travel, and action points for the CE.
- Coordinating board meetings and supporting board members.
- Organising team events, training sessions, and wellbeing activities.
- Assisting with HR and recruitment processes.
- Overseeing office facilities, liaising with landlords, and ordering supplies.
- Supporting marketing and communications by updating the website and social media.
- Collaborating with teammates and external stakeholders to drive our mission forward.
