You’ve probably recently started your career journey and have been working your magic in retail, tourism, hospitality or sales, so we want to hear from you!
As our Junior Property Specialist, you'll: - Learn all the ins and outs of property management (we'll teach you everything!)
- Handle reception duties and general office admin
- Process applications and prepare lease packs
- Organize and conduct property viewings and routine inspections
- Support our Property Managers in various tasks
We're after someone who: - Is keen to pursue a career in the property sector
- Has a vibrant personality, you’re positive and welcoming
- Is comfortable communicating with all sorts of people
- Has solid computer skills, (we have numerous different programmes to support our work).
- Is organized and can meet deadlines like a pro
- Can work independently, but also loves being in the office working as part of our awesome team
- Is reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Has a current NZ Drivers licence
