The opportunity
With some exciting projects in the pipeline, we’re looking for a Senior Technician to join our team and lead projects from concept through to completion. If you thrive on creative problem-solving, have an eye for detail, and want to make a real impact through your work, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional design and technical execution.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to develop and refine project briefs.
• Lead the design process using Revit and other industry-standard tools.
• Prepare planning applications and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee construction documentation, contract administration, and site coordination.
• Contribute to sustainability, inclusivity, and forward-thinking architectural solutions.

What We’re Looking For
We seek an experienced Senior Technician to join our team who has an advanced working knowledge of Revit.

Ideally you would bring:

• A relevant Tertiary qualification
• 8+ years experience in developing high-quality BIM models and documentation
• A sound knowledge of New Zealand Building Code and Standards
• Proven experience In design and documentation of medium-large scale commercial buildings
• Able to work across all phases of a project autonomously, but also part of a team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical, practical approach to design challenges.
• An enthusiastic and motivated attitude, with a positive and collaborative work ethic
• A drive to develop your skills, and expand your creativity
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A passion for creating high-quality, sustainable, and innovative architecture.
