About the role …
- Communication & Organisation– Managing inboxes, calendars, and ensuring clear, smooth information flow across the business.
- Systems & Documentation Management – Optimising internal processes, keeping records up to date, and driving continuous improvement.
- Research & Briefing – Supporting our Co-Founders' by preparing materials, conducting research and compiling insights for decision-making.
- Travel & Event Coordination – Planning and booking travel, organising events, coordinating meetings, and managing all logistics.
- Dynamic Support – No two days are alike! Adapting to evolving needs by supporting special projects and handling ad hoc tasks as they arise.
About you … - Proven experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments, demonstrating professionalism and discretion
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate needs, independently resolve challenges, be resourceful, and take a solutions-first approach
- Tech-savvy, with quick learning ability and experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
- Adaptable and agile, thriving in dynamic, fast-changing environments and responding effectively to evolving needs
- Strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams and external partners
- Collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and contribute to team success
- Impact-driven, taking pride in delivering high-quality work that contributes to the company's mission
