In this broad and rewarding role, you will provide leadership to our dedicated team doing incredible mahi. Created to provide operational support to the Directors, this new role will see you leading our people and day to day operations. You will be able to utilise your varied experience as you review & enhance existing processes and develop a new strategy, while exploring opportunities to further grow the business in South Auckland.

About the role … - Leading the team, ensuring they have the necessary support, training and guidance to perform at their best, while encouraging their personal and professional development.
- Further develop, implement and maintain effective policies, procedures and systems that support continuous development
- Oversight of work schedules, compliance and regulations, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment
- Develop strategic and financial plans that will provide a clear picture, and inform effective decision making, relevant to small business.
- Upholding the values of the organisation, and leading by example in the acknowledgement and respect for cultural diversity of communities across Aotearoa.
About you … - You demonstrate effective leadership that empowers the team to embrace ownership of their development and provides opportunities for them to do so.
- A highly effective multi-tasker, you can maintain efficiency and accuracy while working on a range of tasks. You are able to prioritise, and problem solve effectively while using sound judgement about when to seek support.
- You have commercial acumen, and will enjoy the opportunity to grow the business
- Sound computer skills with experience in financial & strategic oversight and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and able to build trusting relationships with new and existing clients, suppliers, stakeholders and our dedicated team.
