About the role We are seeking an Architect who is eager to showcase their skills. The role offers opportunity to work across all project phases from front end design, documentation through to site observation. You won’t be pigeon-holed here.
We work hard on building great long-lasting relationships with our team, our clients, consultants and contractors as people are the core of our business.
About you To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:
- Passion for providing great residential architecture for all people.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and rigorous design thinking.
- A self-driven hunger for learning and knowledge sharing.
- Experience on multi-unit residential projects.
- Project management experience as well as internal and external resource.
- Exceptional documentation and technical skills.
- Proficiency with Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to maintain and build excellent relationships.
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand Building Code and Standards.
- A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
- A New Zealand Registered Architect Qualification or equivalent.
