About the opportunity

This is a truly unique and exciting opportunity to join Campus Plus New Zealand as we embark on a journey of growth.  As part of a global group, we’re ambitious  to support great things in the area of innovation and commercialisation for New Zealand and internationally.
  
As we grow, we're in search of a Programme Coordinator who can support us.  Joining the two New Zealand founders, you’ll be the go-to expert of our engine room. You’ll work across all aspects of our business, supporting client engagement, systems administration, marketing activities, client liaison and more.
  
By nature of a start-up environment, we’re working at pace, sometimes figuring out things as we go, so this role will play a key part in ensuring we have the systems and processes in place to support us as we scale. 
  
To be successful in this role, you’ll be:
  • customer centred, with strong communication and engagement skills
  • proactive, if you see something that needs improving, jump in and give it a go
  • naturally curious and have drive to continuously learn
  • detail orientated, efficient, organised and solutions focussed
  • comfortable with technology across CRM, Outlook, Mailchimp, WordPress and other web based tools
  • responsive to our customers, clients and community
  • (most importantly) excited by change and growth not daunted by it! So you'll be comfortable with ambiguity and have a flexible approach to your work. It would be ideal if you had experience in the New Zealand Research, Science, and Technology ecosystem.

Please note:
This is a fixed term role until March 2025, part time, 20 hours per week.  
To enable responsive customer service we require this role to be worked across a minimum of 3 days (ideally four) and two-three of these days require working to Australian East Coast timing, which means you will need to be available until 5pm.
