The role:

Provide administrative support and marketing assistance for vital operational functions within Viclink, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation. You will be responsible for general administration and marketing duties, supporting the team with anything and everything, your main duties include:
  
Administration
  • international and domestic travel booking for the team
  • ordering and stocking of office consumables
  • owning the Viclink email inbox
  • booking and managing team events
Marketing
  • development of content for various social media channels, website and brochures
  • responsibility for managing Viclink’s various social media channels
  • coordinating and supporting basic marketing projects
  • Oversight and administration of Viclink’s CRM
  • general marketing support on a project by project basis as required
If you are
  • an intermediate level team administrator who can prioritise and multitask with ease
  • keen to develop your marketing skills and experience
  • able to build strong working relationships
  • a quick learner and can pick up new skills at pace
  • known for having initiative and can apply this confidently
  • an exceptional communicator, both verbal and written
  • flexible and energetic with a positive outlook and can-do mindset
