About the role
Based in Parnell, as our new Data Manager, you will enjoy a friendly office and a genuinely flexible work environment. As part of our commitment to work/life balance, you have the autonomy to work any eight hours between 6.00am and 7.00pm that suit you best.
The purpose of the role is to provide accurate timely data to the fundraising team to support the implementation of fundraising programmes and to inform future developments.
This is an exciting and diverse role involved with pre, during and post campaign analytics, data management, exporting, data entry and integrity.
Key day to day responsibilities include:
- Data management, analysis and insight reporting
- Data integrity and maintenance
- General training and support to database users
You will also have the opportunity to influence and advise process and best practice direction. About you
You will have at least 3 years of solid experience in data management using CRM databases, perhaps in a not for profit environment (we use Razor’s Edge) but this is not essential; your commercial background will be equally valuable. You have an analytical, inquisitive mind and high attention to detail and accuracy. About Us
