About the role…
The role will be focused on the projects from one key client – a leading Aged Healthcare provider.  This client is truly at the forefront of their industry, designing innovate lifestyle resort type residences.  You will essentially act as a 2ic to the Associate Director responsible for the relationship, and potentially take over one of the developments currently in progress.  You will be involved in the full life cycle of projects from Concept / Feasibility, through to construction phases. 
  
About you…
We are looking for someone with a high level of technical skill, together with an ability to build strong client relationships.  You will have solid project management experience and will be able to demonstrate your ability to work both autonomously, as well as within a team.  Experience[NS1]  in aged care specifically is not important to us, however ambition, drive, and an appetite for success are!  In addition, you will possess the following:
  • REVIT experience is preferred
  • General knowledge of CAD and BIM drawings
  • A bachelor’s level qualification in Architecture
  • 3 to 4 years’ architectural project experience
  • NZIA Registration preferred
