About the role…
When we say we are leaders in socially responsible architecture – we really mean it. The firm supports many not for profit charitable organisations, and in line with this philosophy, our residential division also works closely with Housing NZ on affordable housing projects. In addition to this, projects comprise of large multi-unit / multi-level residential, mixed use, hospitality, education, as well as modular prefabricated construction. The role is responsible for:
- Client relationship management, retention and business development
- Mentor-ship and growth of junior staff
- All project phases from concept through to construction
We are looking for a senior architect with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience, and ideally knowledge of the NZ housing market. You should have experience of timber-frame, along with multi-unit / multi-level residential housing projects. Any experience in the design of compact housing will be highly regarded.
