Alphero are a high performing digital agency with a team of talented individuals who are hungry to continually grow and learn. They specialise in the creation of mobile apps, sites and new technology. They like to make the things that people use every day, inspiring their clients to be at the forefront of emerging trends.

As the sole HR specialist, you will provide quality HR generalist support to the wider Alphero teams based in Wellington and Auckland. You will be an expert at attracting the best tech talent around and growing and developing the experts they already have.  Your passion for the employee experience will underpin everything you do!
  
You will do this by:
  • providing end to end HR support to the Team Leads and CE
  • delivering HR operational support across the business
  • applying a fresh lens on systems, process and policy where improvement may be required
  • providing high quality and timely reports and documentation
  • keeping current with best practice and HR trends
  • staying abreast of employment law and legislation changes.  
We are looking for someone who:  
  • has approximately three to four years’ experience in an HR Advisory role
  • has exceptional communications skills
  • uses their initiative to problem solve
  • has a thorough understanding of HR methodologies and techniques
  • enjoys working in an agile and fast paced environment
  • has outstanding attention to detail and ability to organise.
