In this newly created role, reporting to the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for:
Bid collation and preparation:
You will prepare responses to all types of bids for prospects, coordinate input from other areas of the business, liaise with consultants, and manage internal and external resources to produce proposal responses.
You will store and manage key Ignite capabilities, project and personnel information in a central location, update CV’s, project sheets, renders, photography and any other assets that contribute to Ignite submissions.
With your excellent written and verbal communication skills and creative eye, you will help tell the Ignite story and contribute to teams securing new opportunities. You have:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar support role or complementary role
- Intermediate MSWord and Powerpoint skills, intermediate Adobe Indesign skills and working knowledge of MS Excel and Adobe Creative Suite
- The ability to multi-task, to work quickly and accurately under pressure and work to very tight deadlines
- The ability to translate functional and technical requirements into marketing language and vice-versa
