About you
You love working in a team environment where you can work with different people every day, on initiatives that shape the organisation’s culture, capability and employee experience.  You’ve had experience leading people, and as a positive, proactive and results-oriented person you want to be part of creating a thriving culture, and have the professional skills to know how that can be achieved.
As an innovative and can-do P&C professional, you will bring with you:
  • Experience across strategic and operational HR including leadership
  • A track record of delivery, focusing where you and your team can have best impact
  • Expertise to drive our Māori cultural capability plan
  • Experience in implementing an HRIS or similar tools.
What you’ll do
As the P&C Lead, you’ll apply your professional expertise, experience and influence to ensure we operate as a good employer, deliver our strategy, and live our values. Demonstrating your strengths as a P&C thought leader, you’ll join our Senior Leadership Team and bring our refreshed P&C strategy to life. Being agile and flexible, you’ll make smart choices about where to focus resources and energy so the team maximises its impact.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving efficiency into P&C operations
  • Delivering targeted initiatives to lift culture and capability
  • Supporting SLT and other people leaders to grow their skills and confidence
  • Implementing a new HRIS that boosts efficiency and employee experience.
