About the role The Security Systems Administrator role plays a key part in the Client Services team. Day to day, you’ll be providing support to our clients to make sure their day-to-day systems are running smoothly. This role will see you:
- Programming and printing of client access cards
- Ensuring information and data is accurate and jobs are completed to a high standard
- Updating access and making changes for public holidays and daylight savings
- Extracting CCTV footage
- Visiting client sites to complete updates and programming when needed
- Engaging with clients to answer queries and keep them updated
About you You will be highly organised with an exceptional attention to detail. You’ll enjoy engaging with people and will bring a customer-centric approach to your work. You may already have some work experience, or perhaps you’re a recent grad looking to get into the security industry, we’d love to hear from you either way. You’ll also ideally bring:
- A natural ability with technology including comfort with learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- An exceptional customer focus
- Organised, proactive, and a team player
- A drive towards learning and an ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- A full drivers’ licence
Specific training on our security systems and programmes will be provided, as well as support from our wider team to bring you up to speed.
