About the role
We’ve been in business for 65 years and are continuing to grow our dedicated team of consultants.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll deliver exceptional research and advice for our clients across a variety of economic issues.

Day to day you’ll:
  • Lead client projects
  • Develop business relationships and manage day-to-day interactions with a diverse client portfolio
  • Identify and undertake the appropriate research methodology, including data identification, collection and/or collation, and analysis
  • Prepare deliverables, including proposals and outputs to a high standard
  • Maintain knowledge and subject matter expertise on research, market trends as well as economic issues
  • Undertake public speaking, presentations, and related communication activities
  • Provide support, mentoring and coaching of our junior employees
  • Supervise and peer review other project team member’s work to ensure accuracy
About you
You are a Senior Consultant with a passion for problem solving and consulting on diverse economic issues. You have a consultative style and foster strong relationships with your stakeholders and clients.

Projects targeted towards climate change and environmental sustainability are a key focus in our pipeline of work. We’d love to hear about your interest and any experience you may bring in this space.

What you’ll bring to this role:
  • A graduate degree, preferably a post graduate degree,
  • Related experience, ideally in a consulting or client facing environment
  • Knowledge and experience across a wide range of research methodologies and economic issues, especially environmental
  • Ability to lead and work across multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to write to deadline for professional and popular audiences in a credible, succinct, and accessible manner
  • Quantitative skills, including ability to access statistical data, analyse it (including familiarity with statistical tools), and report it in a variety of textual, tabular and graphical formats
  • Confident communication skills, including ability to speak to public audiences and the media
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement and client relationship building
  • Effective time management skills, highly dependable and thrive as part of a team
  • Ability to lead junior team members and support the wider senior team.
