About us 
New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG) helps deliver energy value and security to New Zealand and Australia through the supply of natural gas, which fuels electricity generation, displacing coal use in New Zealand and internationally, by providing supply, price stability, and affordability. 
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Experience Manager to join our team of open-minded and curious professionals. 
About the role 
Based in our Wellington CBD office, you’ll provide proactive support and keep the office humming. This could involve supporting the leadership team and Board, maintaining office supplies, co-ordinating meetings, travel and celebrations, and being the administrative link between our teams.  
You’ll usually be the first point of contact that visitors have with us, and we’re looking for you to provide an exceptional front of house experience for them. 
Love tech? So do we! You’ll be key in helping our systems and tools run smoothly, and if there is a glitch we can count on you to help resolve it. 
About you  
You’re a people-person and a warm communicator, who is comfortably juggling multiple priorities. You’re curious, ask smart questions, and love to pick tasks up and run with them.  
You’ll also have:  
  • Previous experience in a similar role, enabling you to bring your ideas and enthusiasm to our environment 
  • Plenty of initiative; we want to see your curiosity and proactiveness
  • Keen attention to detail  
  • The willingness to embrace change and be comfortable with some ambiguity  
  • A high level of comfort using the Microsoft suite, allowing you to support the lead team with their diary management, and assist with documentation such as our annual report 
  • A sense of fun and a strong service orientation

The salary range for this position is $80 – 87,000 per annum.
