About the opportunity 
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Channel Account Manager to lead, develop and grow the commercial partnership and performance with our key telecommunication partner. This telecommunication partner uses our solution stack to provide value and solutions to their customers, thus you will work closely with their Account Managers. You will be seen as their trusted partner and advisor, helping to solution how the Modica product set can add value across multiple use cases and industries. 
  
About you 
You will already be an accomplished and experienced Account Manager or Channel Business Development Manager and able to build strong trusting relationships with senior stakeholders. Your strong customer service ethic and ability to develop and execute sales strategy will see you successfully represent Modica, drive strategy throughout the business and grow sales in a vertical channel.    
  
You will have experience selling services and solutions within a technology or telcommunications environment along with: 
  • A proven and extensive track record in business development and revenue generation at a senior level. 
  • Skill in developing strong mutually trusting relationships with key clients and resellers 
  • Strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with managers and employees at all levels of an organisation 
  • Be a great team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed
