About the opportunity 
As they embark on a serious journey of growth both locally and internationally, Reveal's CEO is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to help plan his day, keep him accountable and turn his blue sky thinking into actionable tasks and results.   
You’ll work closely with the CEO providing him with the support he needs on a day-to-day basis, including diary and inbox management, travel bookings, supporting him at meetings, putting together proposals and briefing documents, and dealing with clients and suppliers. You’ll also play a key part in planning and organising internal team events and will work in conjunction with the Office Manager to support the wider team. 
Based in Tawa, this is a diverse role with plenty of trust, responsibility and autonomy to enable you to become an invaluable support to an entrepreneurial and creative CEO who deeply cares about his team.  
About you 
You’ll be a talented and proactive EA, PA or Project Co-ordinator who has experience supporting managers in a fast-paced environment.  Or you may have a Business Administration background and be interested in gaining some really great experience, working within a fast-growing technology organisation with huge goals.  You're someone who:   
  • is achievement focused, proactive, and enjoys taking the initiative 
  • is astute at picking up on action points and ensuring these are delivered upon  
  • has an innate ability to anticipate needs and can put plans in place to ensure that everything runs smoothly 
  • is resilient, adaptable and capable of dealing with ambiguity within a dynamic and fluid environment 
  • has strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities 
  • has great problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • has outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • is an advanced user of the Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and good with technology.   
Above all, you’ll be down to earth, love people and have a fantastic sense of humour.  You have the humility to take on any task that comes your way and are comfortable giving candid and honest feedback.
