Due to our continued growth and our focus on being the best in the market we have created a new leadership role, Squads Coach. This person will be responsible for providing people leadership and proactive support to our technical squads, to drive exceptional employee experience, innovation and high performance.
As our new Squads Coach; you will be able to use your outstanding people leadership skills to focus on the professional development and improvement of our people to support goal setting, decision making and delivery. While coaching and training squad members through Agile best practices; you will identify connections, relationships, and bottlenecks and work closely with our Practice Leads to ensure we operate at peak performance and enjoy what we do. About you
You will be be leading a geographically dispersed team of developers and engineers and will need to have proven experience as a people leader within an Agile development environment and have knowledge of continuous delivery processes and principles.
Ideally you will be a self-starter with a passion for coaching, motivating and managing people in a positive way. A background and understanding of SaaS, PaaS or SMS messaging would also be desirable.
